I chose Portugal as my home for the last 5 years. It was here I was reminded of my first passion. The Massage. When I was little my mom would always give me a massage.
I´m a bookworm, curious about the mysteries of life, videos about expansion and conscience, subconscious powers, metaphysics, universal laws and evolution. Mystic Girl, also known as the little friend of nature, in love with the mountains and forests. I´m that type of person that hugs trees, you know?
I take herbal baths, burn incense, light a candle for my angel and I´m a Miracle believer. I´m the walking metamorphosis of Raul Seixas (singer): the bee, the honey and the fly that landed on the soup - it´s a song. I´m too old to care about what is not important and too young to not deep-dive in everything that I do.
My heart guides me, and I endeavor to stay loyal to it. Every day, it imparts its unique healing power and profound wisdom.

Massage
It's a unique, pleasant, relaxing, and re-energizing experience.
I have a holistic approach, so I don't sell a specific method. The massage that I offer is a compilation of the best techniques that I've learned and continue to learn. It's a personalized service adapted to the needs of each person.
We begin with a full-body massage (back and front) where I can use Ayurvedic, Thai or Lomi Lomi massage techniques and perform Lymphatic drainage. I finish with Reiki (optional) and an energetic cleansing with herbs such as sage and palo santo (also optional). I use 100% natural heated sesame or coconut oil. I also work with other essential oils.

Cancellation or rescheduling of your massage session must be done at least 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation after this period or no-show, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
Journey
We are small links in the chain of existence
My gateway to the world of massage was through Renata França's course, and my first training was in Lymphatic Drainage and Modeling Massage. Because I have been practicing yoga for a few years, I became interested in Ayurveda (Indian Medicine) decided to train in Abhyanga, an ancient Ayurvedic technique that consists of performing a massage using heated vegetable oils, essential to eliminate toxins from the body and help with energetic balance.
I was then initiated into Reiki level 1, and after a year, level 2 with my dear teacher Vera Saraiva. My interest in Indian wisdom did not stop with Abhyanga; I also trained in Shantala (Indian Infant Massage), and it was very symbolic to have the chance to reconnect with massage for children. It was like revisiting my past.
In 2022, I had the pleasure of fulfilling another dream and learning a little more about the culture of Thai Massage and Lomi Lomi Fusion, in theory and practice, with Professor Sebastien Valla. I feel that it was a very important milestone in my professional development, which certainly will not stop here.
Life is like a puzzle, with each step we come across a piece, and the primary channel the universe employs to help me integrate all these parts is massage.
